Well the good news is homes over the last year have been selling 10-80k or more above market and even with a recent shift its still a good time to sell. It just takes a little more exposure than just throwing it on for example zillow or realtor.com, to get the most out of the home.

    • I understand but somewhere you’ve recently filled out and submitted your contact info or been on websites about buying/selling real estate that got your info and they passed it to me. They don’t tell me where from, only that you did. I’m just being transparent with you. So are you or are you not in the market to buy/sell right now?

I am just looking around

    • Completely understand- I can get that information to you at once - and just so I can give you the options that best fit your needs, what details are you looking for? (price range? Number of Bed/Bath, etc)

I’m no longer interested in buying

    • So let’s do this, let’s not agree to anything over the phone. What I will do is send you email alerts of potential properties you might be interested in. Does that sound reasonable?
