Leads are delivered in real-time. Within moments of capturing a lead, it is emailed to you.

Our Contact rate is calculated based on the rule of quarters. We expect initial contact with ¼ of your leads within a month. The remainder could be nurtured and added to drip campaigns to cultivate for future business.

Leads are delivered in real-time as we capture information from home shoppers and home sellers in your area. Since our leads are generated in real-time, we cannot guarantee an interval for receiving leads.

We will provide access to information about home sellers and buyers in your selected counties. This service is designed and only intended for use by the individual subscribing real estate agent, broker, or real estate investor. Redistribution, republication, or sharing our service with anyone is expressly forbidden. Prospecting List monthly addition counts may vary. No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding your personal or professional success with the information. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
