Are zBuyer leads vetted?

Our home sellers must complete an in-depth questionnaire in order to become a lead. Our home buyers fill out a form requesting more information and provide their full contact details when visiting our sister site, HousingNow. 

Are zBuyer leads exclusive?

Our leads are not exclusive; however, we have very limited exposure. We work to minimize lead distribution and protect quality.

Do you have a contract?

We are a month-to-month service, with no setup fees. You can update your subscription at any time by calling (855) 909-9289.

Are the leads fresh?

Leads are delivered in real-time. Within moments of capturing a lead, it is emailed to you.

What is the contact rate?

Our Contact rate is calculated based on the rule of quarters. We expect initial contact with ¼ of your leads within a month. The remainder could be nurtured and added to drip campaigns to cultivate for future business.

How often will I receive leads?

Leads are delivered in real-time as we capture information from home shoppers and home sellers in your area. Since our leads are generated in real-time, we cannot guarantee an interval for receiving leads.

What are your terms and conditions?

We will provide access to information about home sellers and buyers in your selected counties. This service is designed and only intended for use by the individual subscribing real estate agent, broker, or real estate investor. Redistribution, republication, or sharing our service with anyone is expressly forbidden. Prospecting List monthly addition counts may vary. No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding your personal or professional success with the information. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You agree to have your credit card charged each month until you cancel the subscription. In order to cancel your account, please call (800) 379-5559 (M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time).
